We stand behind Poogasm. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your purchase date and we will make it right.

At Natural Health Essentials LLC, we want every customer to feel confident purchasing from us. This Refund & Returns Policy explains how to request a refund, what to expect from the process, and any applicable conditions.

1. Our 30-Day Guarantee

You may request a refund within 30 days of your original purchase date for any reason. We do not require you to complete the 15-day program or return the product in order to qualify for a refund under this guarantee. Simply contact our support team with your order details.

This guarantee applies to purchases made directly through naturalhealthcleanse.com. Purchases made through third-party marketplaces or retailers are subject to those platforms' policies.

2. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request:

  1. Email us at support@naturalhealthcleanse.com from the email address associated with your order.
  2. Include your order number (found in your order confirmation email) and a brief description of your reason for requesting a refund.
  3. Our team will respond within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, 9 am–5 pm MT) to confirm receipt and next steps.

3. Refund Processing Timeline

Once your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Processing typically takes 5–10 business days after your refund is approved.
  • Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund to your account. This is beyond our control.
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

If you do not see your refund after 10 business days, first check with your bank or card issuer. If you still have not received it, contact us at support@naturalhealthcleanse.com.

4. Returns (Sending Product Back)

You are not required to return the product to receive a refund under our 30-day satisfaction guarantee. However, if you would like to return any unopened or unused product:

  • Contact us first at support@naturalhealthcleanse.com to obtain return instructions and a return address.
  • Do not ship product back without prior authorization — unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, damaged item).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for any return, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@naturalhealthcleanse.com.
  • Include your order number, a description of the issue, and if possible, a photo of the item and packaging.
  • We will ship a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you, including any return shipping if applicable.

6. Subscriptions — Cancellation and Refunds

If you purchased a subscription:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing support@naturalhealthcleanse.com at least 2 business days before your next renewal date.
  • Cancellation prevents future charges. It does not automatically generate a refund for the current billing period.
  • If you believe a renewal charge was processed in error, contact us within 5 business days of the charge and we will review your case.

7. Conditions Not Covered

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Requests submitted more than 30 days after the original purchase date (except for damaged/incorrect items, which must be reported within 14 days of delivery).
  • Purchases made through third-party retailers or marketplaces — contact that platform directly.
  • Products that show clear signs of misuse, tampering, or willful damage.

8. Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card issuer. We resolve disputes quickly — most refund requests are processed within 1–2 business days of contact.
