Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy describes how Natural Health Essentials LLC processes and ships orders placed at naturalhealthcleanse.com. We ship to domestic United States addresses only.
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days of receiving payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Processing time: 1–3 business days after order confirmation
Note: High-demand periods (such as holidays) may occasionally result in slightly longer processing times. We will communicate delays proactively when possible.
2. Shipping Carriers
We ship orders via:
- USPS (United States Postal Service)
- UPS (United Parcel Service)
The carrier selected for your order depends on your shipping address, package size/weight, and service availability. We reserve the right to select the carrier we determine is most appropriate for a given shipment.
3. Delivery Estimates
After your order ships, standard domestic delivery typically takes:
- Standard Shipping: Approximately 5–8 business days from the date of shipment.
Delivery estimates are based on normal carrier transit times and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays, weather, geographic location, or other factors outside our control. Rural addresses may experience longer transit times.
These estimates reflect transit time after shipment and do not include order processing time. Total time from order to delivery is approximately 6–11 business days under normal conditions.
4. Shipping Destination
We currently ship to domestic United States addresses only, including all 50 states and the District of Columbia. We do not ship to U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes via UPS. If you provide a P.O. box address, we will ship via USPS.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment directly with the carrier. You can use this tracking number on the carrier's website:
- USPS tracking: tools.usps.com
- UPS tracking: ups.com/track
If you have not received a shipping confirmation email within 4 business days of your order, check your spam/junk folder first, then contact us at support@naturalhealthcleanse.com.
6. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order. Natural Health Essentials LLC is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address immediately after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at support@naturalhealthcleanse.com. We will attempt to correct it before shipment, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.
7. Lost or Undelivered Packages
If tracking shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it:
- Check around your delivery location — packages are sometimes left with neighbors, at a side door, or in a secure location.
- Contact your local post office or the carrier directly with your tracking number.
- If the package cannot be located within 3 business days of the marked delivery date, contact us at support@naturalhealthcleanse.com and we will investigate and work to resolve the situation.
If your package appears lost in transit (tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days), please contact us and we will work with the carrier to file a trace and resolve your order.
8. Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged:
- Do not discard the packaging — retain it for potential carrier inspection.
- Take photos of the damaged packaging and product if possible.
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@naturalhealthcleanse.com with your order number and photos.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
9. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs, if any, are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Displayed costs are based on your shipping address and the items in your order.
